OUR ATTORNEYS
Tom Suh Tom served as Judicial Extern to a US Bankruptcy Court Judge in the Central Disctrict of California. He is also a licensed Financial Advisor and was affiliated with Morgan Stanley's Global Wealth Management Group. Tom also served at one of the "Big Four", providing specialized consulting services to fortune 500 companies such as Chevron, Qwest Software, and Magna International. Tom obtained his law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law, and his bachelor's degree from UCLA. He has been a member of the California Bar since 1998.
Sujin Kim Sujin is an experienced real estate and bankruptcy attorney. She served as Legal Counsel to the California Association of Realtors where she provided crucial legal research and information to California real estate brokers and agents. Sujin has extensive experience in areas of law affecting homeowner rights, landlord-tenant issues, and general real estate matters, including foreclosure matters. Sujin obtained her law degree from Loyola Law School, and her BA from UC Riverside. She has been a member of the California Bar since 2005.
Johnny Kim Johnny is an experienced business litigation and bankruptcy attorney. Most recently, he represented the estate of Elvis Presley as creditor in bankruptcy proceedings against a bad faith bankruptcy filing. His extensive experience allows our firm to tackle the most complex litigation issues that may arise in Bankruptcy proceedings, and otherwise. Johnny received his law degree from Hofstra Law School and his BA from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has been a member of the California Bar since 2005.
